Bullish Celtic's manager insists he is not worried about dismissal yet supporters show fury following defeat.

Wilfried Nancy stated he was not afraid of the sack, maintaining, “We are extremely close to things turning around,” even after edging perilously close to the exit with a comprehensive loss to the Ibrox side.

“I saw plenty of positives that we did, as was the case today. The issue now is consistency. My outlook would be different if it was not the case. That’s why I am a big believer the team can to fix this.”

Rangers manager played down talk of a title charge even after what felt like a huge result. “Step by step, then we can gradually build momentum,” he said. “The confidence in the squad is outstanding.”
